Welcome to Qadr! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Qadr Progressive Web App (PWA) and its services ("Service"), operated by [Your Name/Company Name] ("us", "we", or "our").

2. Description of Service Qadr is a Muslim lifestyle PWA that provides features including, but not limited to, prayer times, Quran access, a Tasbeeh counter, zakat calculation, Hadith and Dua collections, spiritual trackers, and a community feature for requesting duas ("Request Dua").

3. User Conduct You agree not to use the Service to post or transmit any content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you post in the "Request Dua" section. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights This is the specific clause about copying your code and design.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Qadr. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (including source code and object code), and all other elements of the Service are protected by copyright, trade dress, and trademark laws, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its software, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, except if laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, display, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creation of derivative works of this application is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

5. User-Generated Content By posting content (such as a Dua request) on our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You affirm that you have the right to submit this content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Donations We may provide an option for you to make voluntary financial donations through a third-party payment processor (e.g., PayHere, Buy Me a Coffee). These donations are non-refundable and do not entitle you to any goods, services, or special features within the app.

7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that prayer times, dates, or other information will be completely error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service.
